ABOUT THE BUILDING CAPITAL BREAKFAST
The Building Capital Breakfast is a structured networking session designed to spark new business connections between real estate capital providers and emerging developers. Each participating fund, bank, or financial institution will host a table, where developers can either drop by informally or register in advance for 15-minute introductory coffee chats. These brief meetings are intended to facilitate new investment relationships, answer early questions, and help developers understand the range of funding options available for their projects.
The Building Capital Breakfast welcomes:
Developers interested in exploring investment partnerships or gaining feedback on their capital strategies, and Capital Providers seeking to meet new, potential clients and learn about their projects.
REGISTRATION
Space is limited and advance registration is required.
Registration for emerging developers is $125 for general admission and breakfast, and an additional $125 to reserve private coffee chats with up to 3 capital providers.
Registration for financial institutions seeking to host a networking table is $2,500, or is included with sponsorship of the Capital Investors Summit at the $5,000 level and above.
